During the last months, best practices have been collected from all the partners and network members in each participating country. As a result of the partners’ effort, one of the main outputs of the project has been completed and published in English, Czech, Bulgarian, German and Spanish versions. From now on, partners should translate this report in their respective languages in order to better adapt their human capital skills and obtain the most successful result. The Best Practices Collection includes programmes and training on digital transformation and intergenerational learning of SMEs human resources as a key CVET for the future.
