CVETNET, up-skilling and re-skilling digital competences & team working in SMEs’ Foreign Trade departments.

CVETNET is a European project co-financed by the Erasmus + Program to strengthen vocational training networks using new learning methods, attending to the digital transformation of SMEs. The main objective of the project is focused on strengthening the digital skills of work teams and intergenerational learning.

 

The event will focus on the importance of the digital skills regarding the evolution of jobs as a result of digitalization.  The CVETNET Project is advancing in the development of materials to transfer new innovative teaching methodologies for professional development of VET teachers, trainers, mentors and / or leaders. This event aims to present its progress and materials, as well as the next steps of the project that will focus on supporting and guiding microenterprises and SMEs in the development of their human capital, by improving the skills of their employees.

 

Moreover, during the event will be presented a Spain Chamber program that supports internationalization through international e-commerce. This program will offer training and guidance about this new form of internationalization.
